Welcome to Scrogham’s Blue Kennel, located in Central Kentucky. Jessie Scrogham has more than 20 years of working, running, and breeding AKC registered Beagles at his kennel. Scrogham’s Blue Kennel is proud to present Jessie’s Blue Black Jack.

Jessie's Blue Black Jack won the Kentucky state Open Bench Show, Best Male and Best of Show. He has sired two litters of puppies.
